AKC Golden Retrievers.
State Licensed and inspected by state and our veterinarian
2 and half year old females (sisters)
We have 2 sisters that are in need of rehoming. We do not rehome adult dogs to homes with children under the age of 8 years. Both girls are up to date on all vaccinations, have been started on crate training and have done very well. (no accidents). They are micro chipped and the chip reg. can be transferred to their new owner. We have gotten their AKC papers and are able to transfer ownership to their new homes.
Pictures of the girls are below the contract.
Copy of the agreement will be posted below. Basically we will hold the AKC papers until the concerned dog is spayed and we have received notification that it has been done by letter. If the dog is not spayed, or becomes pregnant she reverts back to us.
The girls need a home that can provide patience, time and training. They have to their credit done well in going from kennel life to having individual attention and sleeping at night in crate in the house. They are also learning to walk on a lead. Both sit on command very nicely. They need to be placed in separate homes and with someone willing to commit to the time each will need to reach her full potential. They both behaved very well at the DVM. Get along with the other dogs and the barn cats.
Please read the contract below carefully and if you feel you can commit the next 10 to 15 years to either Cadence or Cailin you can contact us at [email protected]
We do NOT make exceptions to the under 8 rule, or to our Spay/Neuter contract. Do NOT ask. The answer will be NO.

Adoption Fees vary by the age of the dog involved and the circumstance of being re-homed. Because we don't want our dogs to land in shelters we take them back regardless of circumstance if the owner can't find a home for their pet. Because "Free" implies something can be thrown away to a lot of people we charge what we feel is a reasonable fee to adopt one of our adoptees.
When a puppy under 6 months is being rehomed the fee is $100.00
When a puppy is over 6 months and under 2 years is being re-homed the fee varies between $100. and $350 depending on if the dog has been spayed / neutered.
When a dog is over 2 years and has not yet been spay / neutered the fee is waived and the new owner pays for the spay / neuter. Please Read Spay Neuter Contract
If the dog is over 2 years and has already been spayed / neutered the fee is $100.
We reserve the right NOT to place a puppy / dog in a home we feel is not in the best interest of the puppy / dog involved.
We do NOT place adult dogs (Over 6 months of age) in homes with young children under the age of 8 years.
